How do I get dressed for a Salt session?

Wear clean, comfortable, light colored clothing. Upon arrival we would ask you to remove your shoes and wear shoe covers.

How long a salt session lasts?

In a Salt Booth the session is 10 minutes long due to the salt aerosol concentration in the air.

How many sessions do I need? How often?

The number of sessions depends on each individual and the reason for the visit. Many will notice positive effect in just one session, however for optimal results multiple sessions may be recommended.

Is salt therapy safe for children?

Salt therapy as a natural remedy is highly recommended for children. It is safe and often times children respond to the salt therapy better and faster than the adults. 

What to expect of a salt session?

Salt therapy is not known to have any harmful side effects. A slight cough,  runny nose or  tickling in the throat may be part of your experience after a salt session. This can simply be an indication that the salt therapy is working to remove mucus and toxins from the lungs and the airways.

When should Halotherapy be avoided?

Halotherapy is a safe and effective wellness practice for preventive and restorative health care, but it is NOT a medical treatment. It is a 100% drug-free, non-invasive, comfortable treatment.

Halotherapy is NOT recommended for people with severe chronic respiratory issues, open wounds and sores, contagious diseases, fever, cancer, severe hypertension, mental disorders, and active tuberculosis. Pregnant women should consult with their doctor before using Halotherapy.  Anyone with health concerns need to speak to their healthcare professional before participating in Halotherapy.
